HE'S LIVE is an 18+ video-first real-time availability and social discovery MVP. It supports controlled 1-on-1 video preview architecture, not public explicit broadcasting.

Users must provide accurate age/profile information, use approximate area only, respect consent, and follow all safety controls including report and block.

Private video vibe checks require mutual consent, show a countdown timer, end automatically at the time limit, and store metadata only. HE'S LIVE does not store video recordings.
